We understand the challenges that you can often face in dealing with maintaining your managed properties in an efficient manner and can offer a number ways to meet your requirements.

You instruct us directly to carry out the work at your tenants address, we will contact your tenant directly on your behalf and arrange to carry out the work. We invoice you directly and you are then free to re-invoice your tenant. Alternatively you may choose to refer us to your tenants as your preferred contractor and our services are delivered for an agreed, competitive fixed price. We collect payment in full directly from your tenant prior to commencement of treatment.

All our staff are CRB security vetted, receive extensive training in customer care and are required to adhere to our systems and procedures that have led to the award of numerous company accreditations. Trading Standards have granted to SDK-DialAPest their prestigious Buy with Confidence Award which enables us to state we are Trading Standards Approved.

We can also offer, to suitable clients, our Gold Standard comprehensive pest control service. This service demonstrates and meets with best industry practices expected by your Landlord Clients and Local Authority Environmental Health Enforcement Officers.

This service ensures that each property under maintenance is inspected, as a minimum, annually for fabric and structural defects that could render property owners legally liable for pest treatment costs and or civil action. All site surveys are backed by written reports. Where problems do surface we provide an emergency service to your tenants.

The Gold Standard has received very positive feedback from Environmental Health Officers and adoption of this service enables participants to display our annually issued “Certificate of Compliance” & Customer Charter at their offices.
